If you enter the wrong URL, it’s best to cancel the process if possible. If you complete the setup with the wrong URL, you may need to delete that site from your dashboard and start the onboarding process again with the correct URL.
You will need to wait until the initial preparation and crawling are complete. Once the status changes, you’ll have full access to manage your AI, customize its settings, and install it on your website.
The time can vary depending on the size and complexity of your website. For smaller sites, it may only take a few minutes. For larger sites with many pages, it might take a bit longer.

Yes, if this is the first site you are adding to your account, you will be offered a trial period to explore the features before your first billing cycle begins.
Absolutely. All billing information is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Sideconvo does not store your credit card details on its servers.
Yes, you can typically manage your subscription, including upgrading or downgrading your plan, from your account settings after the initial setup is complete.
Hosts or subdomains are different sections of your website. For example, your main site might be http://www.your-site.com and your blog might be blog.your-site.com. By confirming which ones to include, you are telling Sideconvo which parts of your website it should use for its knowledge.
Sideconvo begins an automated analysis of your website to detect its structure, such as how many pages it has and if it uses multiple subdomains (e.g., blog.your-site.com).
