3. Subscriptions and Payment Terms
- Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis for use on a per-site basis, as detailed on our pricing page. You can find the specific details of your subscription plan in your account settings.
- Billing and Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the recurring subscription fees. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before it renews.
- Payment Processor: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments. By providing your payment information, you agree that we may share it with Stripe to process your payments. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes, giving you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the change becomes effective.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Service until that time.
- No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services.
- Taxes: All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
4. Intellectual Property
- Our Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Sideconvo.
- User Content: You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service (“User Content”). However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
- Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may have access to confidential information through the Service. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without our prior written consent.
6. Termination
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sideconvo, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or our reputation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks.
- Using the Service to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
